Acai and blueberry chia parfaits, topped with berries, cashews and coconut 💙💜💙💜💙 If you’re not a fan of chia pudding this is a great way to try it again. Simply blend 1/2 cup blueberries until smooth and add to 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cup of your fave nut mylk. Leave to soak for at least 3 hours. I used different amounts of blueberry and @organicburst acai for different colours. If you still don’t like it, blend it all up into a smoothie with a little more mylk (I have to do this for the man).
