How do you do chia pudding? Truth be told, I stacked mine like this, but really I ate it over a few days, as a side dish, rather than the main.
I find chia pretty heavy to digest, but I’m into the omega 3s it has to offer. 1 serve up about 1/3 cup chia pudding, and eat it with seasonal fruit, coconut yoghurt, and something crunchy. It serves me waaaaay better than a big bowl of it! This particular chia was packed with sprirulina and powdered greens, for extra iron 👊🏽👊🏽
